The building is located in the hustle and bustle of Shinchon, one of Seoul busiest areas and MOTOElastico provided 3D space branding and company identity for an ongoing project. The main concept is based on the vertiginous effects of stairs. Several long ladders, used both as sunshades and identity elements, cover the south part of the building. They frantically wrap the rooftop and penetrate into the main access areas: they become a support for the signboards and they lead the visitors to the exploration of the interiors. The name of the building, VERTIGO, reflects the speed and dynamism of this new spatial experience.

이 건물은 서울에서 가장 번화한 지역 중 하나인 신촌 대로변에 위치하고 있다. 모토엘라스티코는 그 때 당시 진행중이던 프로젝트를 위해 프로젝트의 정체성과 3D 공간 브랜딩을 제공했다. 주요 컨셉은 빙글빙글 돌고 도는 계단이 갖는 효과를 기반으로 한다. 건물의 남쪽을 뒤덮은 기다란 사다리들은 햇빛을 걸러주는 역할을 해줌과 동시에 건물의 정체성을 확립해준다. 사다리는 열정적으로 옥상을 감싸고 주요 출입지역으로 침투하여 간판의 지지대로 변모하고 방문객들을 실내공간으로 안내하는 역할까지 도맡아 한다. 어지러움 현기증 등을 뜻하는 VERTIGO라는 건물 이름은 속도감 있고 역동성 넘치는 새로운 공간의 경험을 반영해준다.
